Evelyn Nesbit was the first “It Girl,” the inspiration for the Gibson Girl, and she was the center of attention for two prominent New York City businessmen. Their obsessions with her beauty would lead to murder. This is a sordid story of lust, power, and jealousy that culminated in the 1907 “Trial of the Century.”

Mr. Jesse has been a banjo player for seven years and would be happy to share his knowledge with you.
